How to get to The Poets Inn from the Airport:
Take the Purple Line of the Metro, and change to the Yellow Line at Trindade Metro Station. Get off at São Bento, and go up to Rua das Flores. Turn first right into Rua Trindade Coelho. Turn first left and then second right into Rua dos Caldeireiros. And we are at the end of the street, at the number 261, on the left side going up.
The most convenient option is to come on the 601 or 602 bus . The last stop is Cordoaria, next to Torre dos Clérigos . Approximate Time: 50 min.Cost: 2€ (cash only).
How to get to The Poets Inn from the Train Station (São Bento or Campanhã):
Always get off at São Bento train station located in the city centre. If you arrive at Campanhã station, simply change trains to any other train that takes the direction of São Bento (usually it is on line 2). It is a 3-minute trip, and your ticket has this trip included. Get off at São Bento, and go up to Rua das Flores. Turn first right into Rua Trindade Coelho. Turn first left and then second right into Rua dos Caldeireiros. And we are at the end of the street, at the number 261, on the left side going up. e are at the beginning of the street, at the number 261, on the right side as you come down.
How to get to The Poets Inn by Bus:
If you arrive in Porto by bus probably your stop will be at TIC - Terminal Intermodal de Campanhã. TIC is located next to Campanhã Train and Metro Station. Consider one of the routes mentioned before.
How to get to The Poets Inn by Taxi:
Ask the taxi driver to drop you off at Rua dos Caldeireiros, #261, located next to Praça da Cordoaria; Approximate Time: 25 min. The cost should be between 20 and 25 euros. Always ask for the receipt. If you would like us to book a taxi for you with one of our partners, please contact us.

The Metro starts running at 06:00 and stops at 01:00. To ride the Metro, you need an Andante Card (0.50€). A single ticket costs about 1.2€. During your trip, the card can be recharged with more trips and reused several times. (it also works for the bus).

To ride the bus you need an Andante Card (0.50€). A single ticket costs about 1.2€. During your trip, the card can be recharged with more trips and reused several times. (also works for the Metro). It's possible to buy single tickets with the driver (2€ cash only)
